System operation

Aluminum or PET beverage wastes are left in the opened waste inlet chamber.

For each waste whose properties are defined by RVM, points are charged to the card or a receipt is given.

The CONFIRM button is pressed and the process is completed.


Technical infrastructure of the system

When RVM is not in use, it shows informational videos with on-screen display.

Instructions for use are explained on the 18.5-inch screen and audibly.

When the warning is received that waste products can be placed, the user will leave the plastic bottles and metal boxes one by one into the waste entry chamber.

It has a weight sensor in the product acceptance chamber that can measure waste weights.

There is a level sensor that detects the fullness of the waste container.

The plexiglass is illuminated in such a way that it turns blue when the vending machine is ready for product acceptance, green when the product is approved, and red when it is in error mode.

Pet wastes in the range of 0.5 to 1.5 liters and metal cans in the range of 200 to 500 milliliters are recognized by the image processing algorithm and barcode reading system that work in coordination with each other.


Advantages

It makes a difference by comparing products by using sensitive weight sensor, barcode reader, length meter, metal detector and digital imaging technology.

The barcode reading of the device is done by the customer at the product entrance by reading the barcode to the reader.

Weighing, measuring, sorting and visual product identification are done at the center of the conveyor.

Thus, product identification is performed with 5 separate comparison systems instead of integrated systems.

It allows the conveyor to be cleaned during maintenance with its easily dismountable conveyor system. With this, it is ensured that the malfunctions that may occur due to lack of maintenance in the mechanical system are reduced and that they are operated more.

Since the crusher unit is modular, it is much faster to replace it with a new one in case of failure.

Thus, service and repair costs are reduced.

By manufacturing the conveyor system as an aluminum chassis, we have made the conveyor more resistant to external impacts.

In addition, the conveyor sheet bends instead of breaking in impacts, and the customer can correct these damages himself.

It creates serious costs as it is necessary to change the imported equivalents all together with the system they are in.

It facilitates service by making the waste bucket from a light and removable tarpaulin, providing to unload the product by one person and without the need for a vehicle.

The device works with Istanbul card or by donating when requested.

Thanks to its modular structure, the device consists of the assembly of the combined parts. In this way, both the assembly and the replacement of the defective part in the field can be done easily and cost-effectively.

The device provides planning for emptying by showing the fill rate of the waste bucket.
